Your face photos are never stored
When you run a scan, your photo is resized in your browser and sent directly to our analysis provider (Anthropic's Claude) to generate your results. We do not save the image to disk or any database. Once the analysis returns, the photo is discarded — only the resulting scores and text suggestions are kept.
What we store
- Your analysis results (category scores, observations, suggestions) and the date.
- If you create an account: your email address and subscription status.
- A randomly generated session identifier (cookie) so anonymous single-scan results stay tied to your browser.
No biometric profiles
We do not build or retain a biometric template, face embedding, or any data that could re-identify you from your face. We extract no measurements that persist beyond the words and numbers in your result.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Sharing
A scan only generates a public share page if you choose to share its link. Share pages show your scores and summary, never your photo or personal information.
Your choices
You can request deletion of your account and stored results at any time by emailing hello@mirrorscore.shovelware.ai.
